Privacy notice
How Raidetime handles personal data.
Effective date: 1 October 2026
In short
- This website uses Google Analytics to see how it is used. When you book a demo or write to us, we keep your details to reply and to send you our emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- In the Raidetime product, your organisation decides what is recorded about its people. We process that data on your organisation's behalf, to run the service.
- Product data is hosted on our own servers in a data centre in the United States, or on your organisation's own infrastructure if it prefers. Access is restricted by role.
- We don't sell personal data. You can ask what we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted.
01Who we are
Raidetime is a workforce management platform and a Raideit product. In this notice, "we" means Raideit Private Limited.
For any question about privacy, write to info@raidetime.com.
02What this notice covers
It covers two things: this website, and the Raidetime product your organisation uses.
On the website, we decide how personal data is used. In the product, your employer decides what is recorded about its workforce, and we process it on their instructions. If you are an employee, your employer's own privacy notice applies as well.
03This website
- Analytics: the website uses Google Analytics to understand how it is used and to measure demo requests. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time.
- Server logs: we manage our own servers. Like most web servers, ours record technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser and the page asked for, and we keep them only for standard purposes: to keep the site working and secure. You can ask us to remove server logs about you.
- Demo requests: when you book a demo, we receive your name, work email, phone number, company, team size and the topics you choose. We use them to arrange the demo, and we keep them to send you emails about Raidetime. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
- Contact messages: when you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, work email, organisation and message. We use them to reply, and we keep them to send you emails about Raidetime. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
- Measuring demo requests: the thank-you page after a demo request can be counted as a conversion. Only that a request was made is counted, with your team size and chosen topics, never your name or contact details.
04In the Raidetime product
When your organisation uses Raidetime, it records information about its people to run their working day. Depending on the features and plan it uses, that can include:
- Employee records: name, employee number, role, department, site and contact details.
- Attendance: check-in and check-out times, shifts, timesheets, overtime and corrections.
- Location for the geofence: the app captures a phone's location only for the geofence, to confirm that a check-in is made inside the site's boundary. It is not used for any other purpose.
- Work: tasks assigned to a person and whether they are done.
- Leave and requests: balances, requests, approvals and their history.
- Payroll, on plans that include it: pay and payroll settings. We hold payroll data under a confidentiality agreement (NDA) signed with your organisation.
- Documents, on plans that include them: employee documents your organisation uploads.
Your organisation decides which of these it uses, and who inside the organisation can see them, through roles and permissions.
05How we use it
- To provide the service your organisation signed up for.
- To keep the service secure, fix problems and help your organisation's administrators.
- To bill your organisation, which is based on its number of active employees.
- We don't sell personal data, and we don't use employee data for advertising.
06Our legal basis
We handle personal data in line with the data protection law of the country that applies.
In the product, we process your organisation's data under the contract we sign with your organisation. For demo requests and contact messages, we use the details you give us, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
08Where it is stored
Customer data in the Raidetime product is hosted on our own virtual private servers (VPS), in a data centre in the United States. This means data from organisations in the UAE and elsewhere is stored outside their country.
Hosting is flexible. If your organisation prefers, Raidetime can be deployed on its own infrastructure instead, so its data stays where it decides.
09How long we keep it
- Website: server logs are kept only for standard purposes, to keep the site working and secure, and removed when you ask us to.
- Demo requests and contact messages: kept to contact you and send you our emails, until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Product: as agreed in the contract signed with your organisation, including when its data is deleted or returned.
10How we protect it
Access is restricted by role. Inside Raidetime, people see only what their role needs, through roles and permissions that your organisation sets.
11Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, and you can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. If the data is in your employer's Raidetime account, we pass your request to your employer, who decides on it.
Write to info@raidetime.com.
12Changes to this notice
When we change this notice, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how your organisation's data is used, we tell your organisation first.
