Terms and conditions
The terms for using Raidetime.
Effective date: 1 October 2026
In short
- These terms cover this website. A Raidetime subscription is covered by the software use agreement your organisation signs with us.
- Plans are priced per active employee, with no site fees and no manager or supervisor licences.
- Your organisation owns the data it puts into Raidetime.
- Use the website fairly: don't misuse it or copy it.
01These terms
These terms apply when you use the Raidetime website. By using it, you accept them.
A Raidetime subscription is governed by the software use agreement your organisation signs with us. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement applies.
02Who we are
Raidetime is a Raideit product, provided by Raideit Private Limited. You can reach us at info@raidetime.com.
03Using the website
You can use this website to learn about Raidetime, compare plans and book a demo. Please don't:
- try to break, overload or get around the website's security
- copy its content, illustrations or code for your own product or service
- use it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others
04Information on the website
We keep what the website says accurate and up to date, but it is general information, not an offer.
Product views and illustrations use demonstration data. The sites, people and numbers shown are fictional. What each plan includes is set out on the pricing page and in your organisation's agreement.
05Plans and pricing
- Three plans: Core, Clarity and Scale.
- Priced per active employee per month in AED, in graduated bands: each band's rate applies only to the employees in it.
- Annual billing: 12 months for the price of 10.
- No site fees, no manager or supervisor licences, and task management in every plan.
- Standard setup is included. Work beyond standard setup, such as custom integrations, custom development or unusual data migration, is quoted separately, one time.
- Invoicing and payment can be handled through our partner channel.
- Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, as set out in the software use agreement.
06Your organisation's data
Your organisation owns the data it puts into Raidetime. We process it only to provide the service, as our privacy notice explains.
How the data is processed, and when it is returned or deleted at the end of a subscription, is agreed in the contract your organisation signs with us. Payroll data is held under a confidentiality agreement (NDA).
Raidetime is hosted on our own servers, or deployed on your organisation's own infrastructure if it prefers.
Read the privacy notice07Our name and content
The Raidetime and Raideit names, logos, illustrations and other creative assets, and the content of this website, belong to Raidetime and Raideit. Using the website doesn't give you any right to use them.
08Availability
We work to keep the website and the service available and secure, and we plan maintenance to keep interruptions short.
The website and the service are provided as they are and as available. We can't promise they will always be uninterrupted or free of errors, for example during maintenance or events outside our control. Any service levels for a subscription are set out in the software use agreement.
09Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from the use of the website or the service.
For a subscription, our total liability is limited as set out in the software use agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable law of the country where Raidetime is used, and disputes are decided by the competent courts there.
11Changes to these terms
When we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Changes to a subscription are made through your organisation's agreement, not on this page.
